A tiny haul :)

I went to hondos center yesterday and these pencils caught my eye..

 The one is a lip liner by Radiant which looks awesome on its own (I used korres mandarin lip butter stick and then filled my lips with this liner). The other one (by Manhattan) thought it was a lipliner but it's actually an eye liner pencil...who cares, I am going to wear it both ways as its colour is to die for.

That was my mini haul, thank God 25%off was over and didn't approach mac's counter at all.

1.I love red lipstick and pin up make up

2.I drink french (filtered) coffee more than two times a day

3.I hate going to the cinema, If I want to see a movie I rent one from my local video club and stay at home (when I go out I want communication, to talk and laugh without annoying "shhhh" by others :)  )

4.When I wake up earlier in the morning than the time I am used to, I become waaaay too grouchy.

5.I love high heels but rarely wear them (I'm 5.9 = 1.75m high) as I feel insecure with shorter people around me.

6.When I was a teeenager I was dreaming of myself getting married to Liam Gallagher (member of OASIS).I still love him. :P

I was lucky enough to win a givaway hosted by Christina and I'm so happy for that! I won a Jennifer Aniston perfume which is summery and soft.

 If you want a perfume that it isn't OUT THERE and doesn't imply that you try too much then that's for you!

When I wear it gives me the feeling that I'm the girl next door, who has just come back from a playful day at the sea :) wearing an airy coral dress and flip flops :). It's light, sexy and warm.

I love the fact that Christina put a little note along with my gift :) So sweet of her!

Rediscover Challenge by Vintage Makeup

Hi again make up fans :).Vintage Makeup started a fun challenge where you rediscover make up items you have completely forgot about.As I was trying to organize my makeup drawers I found quite a lot of stuff I don't use often...one of them was Korres Mango Butter Lipstick in Fuchsia no54.

Unfortunately the lighting isn't very good and it looks orangey but it's not. It's a pure ultrashimmery fuchsia, intense pink undertones, a little lip-jewel :)

It's on the sheer side but buildable, moisturizing and extra shining.

One dawnside is that you can feel the shimmers on your lips and that it's not long lasting..I find that it suits more to cool toned ladys or tanned :)

My little Mac haul

On Friday I decided to go shopping as I heard that Hondos (cosmetics store) had 25% off. So I happily visited the mac counter where I bought the prettiest lipsticks eveeeeer!

I had never imagined that I could pull off such intense beautiful colours(girl about town was in my wish list for a long time though)!I tried them on me as I was curious and I'm so glad I did!

I also bought a blush which suits the lipsticks ... The truth is..dollymix is a blush I would never choose to buy.The reason: its name (silly I knowww) Dolly reminds me of a cow and Mix of an old fashioned coctail.Besides that I hated that every girl on youtube had that blush...(sometimes I tend to go against the flow, it's an inner physical reaction).So the make up artist showed me 3 colours and I picked that without knowing that it is dollymix.Now I understand why this is such a hit, it's so prettyyyyyyyy!

Last but not least I bought this wonderful crease brush only for about 3 euros (bargain right?) by a company named Toyoko.

Now...I'll start niggling. Sometimes I don't know what I am thinking and destroy every good moment I have.I bought some hair dye as lately I've been seeing much white hair which I hate.I didn't buy a basic colour (just brown) but I chose a complicated colour (chocolate blond) just to change a little bit. After I had finished my hair I realised that my lipsticks may not suit my new hair.All the joy of my purchases had diminished as up the amp didn't look as good as with my former hair and girl about town didn't make the beautiful contrast it did in the store. Change of hair = change of makeup.

Anyways nothing is going to stop me from wearing my new lipsticks (I will start fake tanning If I have to :P) and next week I am going to the hairdresser's for a new colour.

Maybelline Lipstick Moisture Extreme in "Lush Papaya" No485

It is moisturizing but not long lasting unfortunately(need to re-apply after one hour of drinking and smoking :P).Beautiful colour for summer.

Chanel Rouge Hydrabase in "Shanghai Red" No78

Beautiful fuchsia-red.It tastes like chanel no5 and is long lasting, it almost stains the lips.When I wear this (I love it for modern pin-up looks) I feel like my lips are photoshoped :P :)

Mac Lipstick in "Party-Line"

This is a berry red, it's buildable and looks quite...retro.

Revlon Matte Lipstick in"Nude Attitude" No001

A beautiful peachy nude.Long lasting but a little bit drying on the lips.

Korres Mango Butter Lipstick in Orange Red No52

Moisturizing, excellent colour payoff.Slightly Orange but wearable.Too creamy...so much that it has melted on me.No photos of this for the time being (sth happened to my cam-cannot focus).
